If you want to start their quest punchcard, you must first visit the Containment Specialist’s location.
Completing each challenge from the Containment Specialist punchcard will reward you with 30k XP, which will help you unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 8 Battle Pass.

Specifically, you must visit a building on the south side. It’ll have ‘Dirt’ written on the side so you know it’s the right place.
Enter via the west side to meet the Containment Specialist.
Talk to them and add their punchcard to your quest log to get started on the event.

Meanwhile, learn how to get XP fast, earn the Victory Umbrella, find character locations and earn a Victory Crown.
Once the questline is complete, you’ll unlock the No Ghost backbling - which displays the Ghostbusters logo behind you in a holographic fashion. Well worth the effort!
